Installs are unlimited. Simultaneous screens are what you pay for.

The most common question after price is: can the whole family use one Glomax8K subscription? Yes, with one distinction that decides everything — the difference between installed and playing.

How to count the screens you need

Think about your busiest evening, not your average one. How many people are watching something different at the same moment?

HouseholdTypical peakConnections to ask for
One person, several devices1 screen1 (standard)
Couple, one TV most nights1–2 screens1, or 2 if you watch separately
Family, TV + kids room2–3 screens2 or 3
Big family or shared house3–5 screens4 or 5

Not sure? Run the free trial for an evening and simply notice how many screens are in use at once.

What happens if you go over

If more screens try to play than your line allows, the newest one is refused or the oldest is stopped, depending on the app. Nothing breaks permanently; close one stream and the other works again. Regularly going over is the sign you need another connection.

Sharing with friends outside your home

A line is for one household. Sharing it with another home pushes it over the limit, causes cut-outs for everyone and can get the login reset. A second, separate line is cheaper than the arguments.

Adding screens to an existing plan

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your username and how many screens you need.
  2. We confirm the price for the extra connections on your plan.
  3. After payment, the same login simply allows more screens. Nothing to reinstall.

Tips for multi-room homes

  • Give each room a wired connection or a mesh Wi-Fi point if you can; several 4K streams add up quickly.
  • Four 4K screens need around 140 Mbps together. Check your plan from your internet provider.
  • Use the same app everywhere so favourites and settings feel familiar in every room.
