Glomax8K setup FAQ

No. Any device that installs apps and goes online can run Glomax8K. Most customers use a Firestick or the Smart TV they already have. For the 8K channels you need an 8K TV or an 8K-capable box; everything else plays in 4K or HD.

On Firestick and Android TV, TiviMate: fast guide, tidy groups, good remote control. On everything else, IPTV Smarters Pro, because it runs on iPhone, Windows, Mac and most TVs. Tell us your device and we name the app in our first reply.

Yes, install it everywhere. The limit is on screens playing at the same moment: one per plan as standard, up to five if you ask for extra connections when you order.

No. Every Glomax8K plan includes the built-in VPN and privacy shield. If your internet provider slows video in the evening, support will show you how to switch it on in your app.
