MAG boxes and Enigma2 receivers are dedicated IPTV and satellite boxes, popular with people who want a remote-first experience that feels like cable. They do not use a username: the Glomax8K line is linked to the box’s MAC address, and the box opens our portal by itself.

Send us the MAC address
2 minIt is printed on the sticker under the box and starts with 00:1A:79. Send a photo of the sticker on WhatsApp with your order. We link your Glomax8K line to it.
Enter the portal URL
2 min- On the box: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
- Portal 1 name: Glomax8K. Portal 1 URL: the portal address we send you.
- Save with the OK button.
Reboot
2 minGo back and choose Restart portal, or unplug the box for ten seconds. The Glomax8K portal opens with live TV, films and series.
Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, VU+, Zgemma, Octagon)
Enigma2 boxes take Glomax8K in one of two ways. We recommend whichever your receiver image supports best, and can send the exact command or file for it:

Back up your settings first
Before adding bouquets to an Enigma2 receiver that also carries satellite channels, make a settings backup. It takes a minute and saves an evening if something goes wrong.
When the portal will not load
- “Portal not found” or a blank screen: check the URL for a missing slash or wrong letter, then restart the portal.
- “STB blocked” or “not registered”: the MAC on file does not match; resend the sticker photo.
- Loads but channels do not play: check the internet connection on the box under Settings → Network.
- Guide empty: wait a few minutes after the first start; MAG boxes load the guide gradually.
